4. “Safe” Classification Clarification
- When CybAI™ indicates that content is “Safe”, it means no known malicious indicators were detected at the time of analysis based on available data, patterns, and threat intelligence.
- This does not guarantee that the content is risk-free in all circumstances or protect against unknown, zero-day, or highly targeted attacks.
- Users should continue to exercise basic digital caution at all times.
5. “Probable Threat” & False Positives
- When CybAI™ indicates a “Probable Threat”, the content matches one or more risk indicators and there is a possibility of malicious intent. Some results may be false positives.
- CybAI™ does not claim that every flagged item is definitively harmful.
- The output is a risk alert, not an accusation or final verdict.
6. User Responsibility
- All decisions taken after using CybAI™ are solely your responsibility.
- CybAI™ provides assistance, not instructions.
